I received my card right before xmas. Paid the initial fee of 20.00 by mail and they received it in less than a week and posted it. I make my payments through western union Quick Collect and they take 2 days on average to post. Their website is great and always up to date and yes their customer service is a little hard to understand but they are always polite. I work in the customer service field and I'm sure there are days when people don't understand me... This has been a great card and they are definitely helping to rebuild my credit so thanks Tribute for taking the chance on me when no one else would...)
