My payments are sent out on time all the time every time, this is not my only card. I seem to get numerous phone calls from reps that I cannot understand. They always seem to be asking for more money. After explaining to them that I've already paid more than my minimum payment,(with proof I might add) they still insisted on me paying the more money after being frustrated with a language barrier I decided to go ahead and make yet another payment, at that point I must say there was no language barrier!! I then received two more phone calls that day and one more the following day badgering me for more money!! I am canceling my card and I would not recommend the aggravation to any one. For those of you interested in regaining or obtaining credit there are plenty of companies out there that are much easier to deal with.
