Be very careful dealing with this company. They have lied to me on more than one occasion and have failed to mail me a statement also on more than one occasion. I have found them to be extraordinarily difficult to do business with and at this point am going to cancel out. I strongly recommend all consumers find someone else with whom to do business.
The specific tricks I have caught them at are failing to restore credit available on an account after receiving and collecting a payment, lying about why they have not restored the credit available and otherwise failing to provide agreed upon service.
They have now failed to provide a monthly statement on at least two occasions within the last six months. I believe the omission is deliberate.
You have been warned.
