I appplied the week before last. Got my card in the mail today with a $500 limit. No interest until October. Capital One is the best. Take care of them and they will take care of you.

Capital One definately rocks. They also have a pre-approval process now. It doesn't utilize your SSN, so I don't know how accurate it is. It doesn't work quite like Orchard Bank, but it pre-approved me. I tried putting in random names, and they didn't come up with a pre-approval, so I guess they have some sort of method. It's here:
