I could not find a website easily, but I did after two tries: it is https://www.Mytributecard.com/en
To avoid excess interest and build credit, this card needs paid off each month, like the old charge card.
I had no problems making payments by phone or activating my card. I have had no problems with the website or making payments by the website. My credit was ruined by a business lawsuit, and I am grateful for the opportunity to reconstruct.
As for those who complain about English - Do you all believe that the whole world speaks English? Do you understand how much this world has progressed toward a world economy? Do you believe that everyone should have to speak English perfectly? How many languages do you speak? I speak three, and I am a white Anglo-Saxon from middle America. What is your excuse?
I read where one person saw a credit limit of $1000 on her credit report - obviously your card went to the wrong person and it is being used by someone else who is impersonating you. You need to contact the credit bureaus and straighten it out.
