I have had this card for a year and a half now, but no credit limit increase. I'm still at $500.00 limit even though my other cards have much higher limits.
I requested a CLI via the automated system. Will someone at Capital One hear my cries and give me an increase?
And if so, how long does it take to obtain one?

Hey KellBell. If you try to get a cli through the automated system it will usually not work. Call this backdoor #. 800-889-9939. I had my card since December and it is at 1k now. Call this number and let us know what happens.

Did you go through the credit steps program? Or shall I say did they offer the credit steps for increases?

Basically call the backdoor number... LOL. They will grant it instantly if your in good standing and so forth. Maybe even lower your interest rate... You should call every 3 months and request a CLI.
Write back and let us know how it went! ;)
