I just got my card. I want to make a payment but refused the over the phone at activation payment option. The cust. Svc rep sounded as if I had just woke him up... Like he was working from home. I don't know the western union codes, etc. The website on the back of my card is invalid. Can someone provide the website address, please. Yeah, use Orchard Bank. Continental sounds shady and scary. I hope all of our personal info is safe.
