I have this Wamu Visa among other cards. The interest rate is 9.99%, that is among the lowest available. Other reviewers are complaining but only Bank of America has a lower rate at 7.9%. You have to have nearly flawless credit to get the BoA AMEX card and only premium customers get the 7.9% rate. The initial ceiling is offered at $7,500 but if you can handle the low limit, max it out and pay it off with one big check. Call Wamu and they will extend that Credit limit no problem. For the average person, meaning a score of 750 and under, this is undoubtedly the best card out there, nothing is even close. Do your research and if I'm missing a card out there for the 750 and unders, with apr considered, please let me know.
