terri's review: I applied over 2 weeks ago online, it asked me if I wanted to pay more and get my card in 5 business days - I did that and still NO CARD! I called the number on my invitation and they could not help, they gave me another customer service number, after trying and trying to get through to a real person I finally entered my invitation number a few times and it got me to a real person and SURPRISE... They could not help either! They said "we do not have access to your information" my information was "forwarded to the right department and they would contact me in 10-14 business days" - this card will be cut up when and if I ever receive it! BTW... None of their customer service reps speak good English... You can't understand 1/2 of what they are saying!
