anonymous's review: The customer service reps called my house twice asking for someone who does not live here. I have only had the phone service for two months. I do not trust a company that does not even know who they are calling. I do not like being called twice in 20 minutes then being told by a person who does not speak English that it is not his fault the machine randomly picked my number twice. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD TO ANYONE. I am sure there are plenty of credit cards out there to take your money through ridiculous monthly rates and high interest. Why don't you at least find a company that will at the very least call your house every night of the week at the same time and ask to speak to the person who pays the bills there.
