My husband and I have had nothing but a nightmare since getting these cards. They are virtually impossible to get in contact with not to mention, the rare occasion you do, they are terribly RUDE!
We have NEVER been late on our payments and yet they harass you on a daily basis about paying your next payment due! That being said, you never know if your card will go through when your making a transaction... For no reason! They are, in my opinion, A SCAM AND ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!
I urge anyone considering this company to please go to Orchard Bank... They are professional, care about your business, and you always know where you stand with them be it online or on the phone. Never any hesitation to use the card.
