I thought this card was supposed to help build credit. Ii try for three days to pay my bill on line and the site was down paying over the phone is 14.95 can you believe it so I mail the payment, guess what they stuck a $35 late fee on my acct some help they are I sure cant pay to pay this card off your right its sucks.
