I applied for this credit card to like everyone else rebuild my credit. I applied, received my card, paid my 20.00 initial payment, my card was activated, I went on the www.Mytributecard.com and set up my account very easy. I made a payment online and it was all easy. It does take a little longer than other cards but I believe for what the card is for its a great offer.
