I received an application for this card about a month ago and immediately applied online. Like many in this review, I have had bad credit for some time and I saw this as a chance to change that. I got my card within about 10 days, sent them a billpay check for the initial $20, and my credit amount will be available for use in about 5 days. As others have said, the fees are higher than normal but lower than a lot of others you could get, and I commend Tribute for giving all of us the chance to start rebuilding our credit. Sorry for those of you that have had a bad time with this, but keep trying it has worked out well for the rest of us.
