I did have a little trouble locating the site the first time. Tried later and was prompted through with no problem. Received instant approval on a Monday a confirmation letter the following Friday and the card on the following Monday. I got a little upset when I called the activation number from the sticker on the card and was then connected to a agent who did not understand the word NO when I refused the protection plan. She was very hard to understand and I finally had to get curt with her.
