My wife received an offer to her maiden name after 7 years of marriage. My attempt to reach customer service to report this error ran into the same stone wall mentioned in a prior review below... The auto system won't let me past the card or ss number entry point. Never trust a domestic bank that won't let you easily reach a live English speaking person.
