I received Visa platinum invitation with 0% so I called customer service to apply I gave all my information required over the phone the representative stated I will receive a response by mail, few hours later I received a call from the card company and representative states prior rep lost my information on the system, I gave it to hem to re-apply than one more day later I received a call again from Visa card rep stated two prior reps lost my information, I told hem I will apply on line because I did not feel comfortable give my info over the phone any more, so imp on line now I dont see Visa platinum thru Washington mutual only a MasterCard, I wonder this is an error unable to find the card on website. Not feeling good on this one. Something is not right.
