desihunk17's review: I called them because I have been with for year... So I ask their credit department if I can get credit limit increase... Cuz I never got one since I've open the account... They denied me cuz I made way too many payments a month... And I told them is that suppose to be good that I pay off my account. They didn't seem to have answer... I have never been late or went over my credit... I think I am going to close this account. What you guys think?

Hey,
Did you use the back door# posted on the boards? Even at that I'd have to say they're twisted! Lately they are coming up with all kind of excuses as to why they are not giving CLI's. What are your scores looking like right now?

Go To A Credit Manager/BackDoor on 2008-04-11
Hey Desihunk17,
If you've had this card over a year, do not cancel this account. If your FICO scores are at or near 675, apply with a different bank, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch are making some very good offers here lately. Because you've established the credit on this card, it helps your credit score. If I were you, I would try the backdoor # to getting an increase or speak directly to a credit manager. I used to work in a financial institution and it never surprised me that customers would escalate to supervisors and get whatever they wanted, waived late fees, waived service fees, payment holidays etc etc. So try getting the increase through someone other than general customer service and you should have some luck there!! Good Day!! Sheila
