Opened a CC acct with this card in Feb 05. Paid the fees, always received my bill, never had to call and cuss out anybody, matter of fact, never called at all! Paid my bill on time and never had a problem. Called last month to cancel the card, the next day it was canceled, they even reversed my 8.00 monthly fee without me having to ask when I closed it!! Play by the rules, always keep your balance 50.00 lower then what your credit limit is just in case you get gouged by a fee because of late mail etc and you should be ok. I recommend this card.
