I applied for the Tribute card online after receiving a solicitation in the mail. I was approved and the card arrived about a week later. I made the initial $20 payment and when I called to verify the payment was received the automated system stated what day I could use the card. I contacted customer service and they explained that after making the $20 payment it takes four days before you can use the card for purchase. I've had no problem charging anything to the card. My only concern is how much and how often do they give credit increases? I've had a 1st Premier card for almost two years with a $200 limit and they refuse to increase my limit although I've made payments on time, so I'm paying off that card and never using it again.
