mannie's review: I have no problem with the card they are doing a good job as far as reporting to the bureaus which helps build a good credit score/rating. My problem is there call center customer service reps they lack professionalism and have no enthusiasm in them. They sound very bored and will talk to like they are resighting a poem. They tend to repeat themselves over and over. The other day one of the supervisors offered to cancel my card this left me wondering if they really want the company to be in business. That probably explains why they sound bored. Please do your business online on bill payments etc but don't waste your time calling. I am very disappointed, I think they have the worst customer service.
