I received a invitation in the mail from Tribute, I went online filled out the application and received my card in the 2 weeks that they said it would come. When I received my card and paid the $20.00 for the activation, I then had to wait 4 days to use my card. I am very happy that I am getting a second chance to rebuild my credit. It's a great card for rebuilding. I would recommend this card to anyone looking to re-establish their credit.
