I was not always a big fan of Citi bank but recently took a home equity line from them. Shortly thereafter I applied and got the elite pass MasterCard. I figured I didn't have a Amex from them or anyone aside Amex directly so I applied online last night. After a brief call to verify some information and confirm my fraud alert. Approved with a $13,200 limit, go figure no round numbers lol.

Ha Ha Thanks Meya, I am sort of impressed I think Citi has come a long way since I last had to deal with them. Back in college I think everyone had a student card from them and Citi treated everyone like idiots. However Customer service has come a long way since my last dealings so I am going to give them a shoot at redemption.
