I received a Pre-Approval on a Chase Mastercard for 0% for 15 months on balance transfers and no balance transfer fees. I tried to access www.Sendmethecard.com, but only came up with 12 month offers. I call the toll free # but that would take 30 days and they couldn't give any information. If I was pre approved, why the lack of information. I felt it was somewhat of a scam. Fortunately, I don't need this card, but the terms were exceptional if you could get access. I gave up, but I will write Carter Franke, like he would care.
