I applied for a tribute card about a two months ago. I received it in about two weeks and when I called in to customer service I made the first payment to get it active and it went through fine. I have had no problems as of yet. I received my first statement. I made the payment and everything is still fine. So I guess I'll keep you posted if anything bad happens, but so far so good!!!
