I just received my card and paid the $150. I haven't used the card yet, and have been reading the reviews that seem to be mixed. I just checked Tribute out on the BBB website and they have a Satisfactory rating. That makes me feel better but I will post again after I use the card and make my payments. The thing that concerns me with the reviews is the slow posting. My bank sends out bill payments to them electronically the next day so we will see how long it takes them to post it to my account... If you send a check or someone sends a check for you then you are going to have to play the waiting game for your payment to post. If you log in and make the payment yourself via ACH the payment will be credited to your account the next day. I have never had the hold a payment but I never mail checks to none of my creditors either...

I've had this card for around 4 months now. As far as cards go, this one isn't that bad. I hear that they have one of the better CLI polices then other cards, and I believe their limits can go as high as $10,000 (most of the sub-primes top out at $2000).
If memory serves me right, they held my first 2 payments for a week. Everything after that posted and was available immediately.

I am not sure if I should use my bank bill pay service, or just pay on the Tribute website... I don't even have a checkbook, I pay all my bills online. I guess I will try both and see which way it posts the fastest. I am just so nervous that all the bad reviews accuse this card of deliberately posting a payment late to get the late payment fee...
