So I went to Bloomingdales today to make a small purchase. The cashier told me that he had to call credit services to get an authorization code. I talked to the woman on the phone and she asked me some questions based on my credit report (past addresses, etc.). Everything was fine, and I completed my purchase... She didn't say anything about an increase.
I just checked my balance on the phone and it says that I have $1468 credit available. The knocked me up over $1,000 in less than a week. Sadly to say, it's my highest CL yet and hopefully it will help with my utlization.
I still think it's strange that my Macy's is still at a lonely $100, even after verification... Aren't they the same company?
