I applied for a Tribute Mastercard 3 weeks ago, and still have not received the card. When I call the number all they say is you should receive it in 1-2 weeks. They gave me a customer service # but you can't speak to anyone. This is very frustrating. I am just worried that the card is lost in the mail somewhere.
