I received my card a while ago and when I sent in my payment and the payment was accepted I still could not use my card. I had activated it and everything but when I tried to use it it would declined. So I called the number and talked to someone in customer service. They verified that the money order I sent in was good and I was able to used my card as soon as I hung up the phone. This is the only Credit card I have for right now and I plan to make sure I pay on time every month.
