I received my card with no problem, I've received steady increases every 3 months. I began w/$300 limit and it is now $500. I have made two payments each month and have never missed a due date. The card is a bit expensive, but since I got this card in Feb 2006 I have been approved for two other credit cards and it is now Dec 2006. This is a good card to build or reestablish your credit.
