I've banked with USAA for the last 6 years. I had the worst credit when I first started with them. After a lot of work and credit handling maturity I was able to raise my scores and get a credit card with a limit higher than $500.
I applied for this card and was instantly approved for 10k. They pulled EX (score was 674). Again... Great company.

This bank is good too... I read a article on bankers newspaper that this bank makes The credit cards ( yes Plastic) for American Express so if its true they are business partners So I would say its a great bank but that's all I know..
