Sorry, I've never heard of this card. They don't sound like a reputable bank so I wouldn't take the risk of doing business with them.

I believe this cards grants approvals/denial based on demographic areas. If she has excellent credit then she neeeds to go to AMEX or /chase. I don't think I would encourage her to do this one.

Zions Bank on 2008-02-23
Zions will give you a debit card linked to your checking account. I had an account with them when I was in college. You have to live in UTAH for them to give you a regular credit account credit card.

Great bank. More like a credit union in my opinion, but you have to live in their service area. With scores like that you have tons of options.
