I have both of these cards, the Total and the 660. Both I think are the same, both payments are made to somewhere in Florida and when you call they answer " Card Services" Both list addresses in Sioux Falls SD where banking laws are lax and they can get away with jamming you with huge fees. Who manages these cards? Who knows? But as I said, both are most likely the same people.
