Good card if you want a Discover Card Product. HSBC is huge bank with global reach. The former bank, Direct Merchants left a lot to be desired (HSBC acquired them). The APR is good (if you have good credit) and the Rewards is also good (there are better offers though). I caution use of the advance check received with the card- It carries a low intro rate, but converts to the high cash advance rate. Use for purchases and points, but don't use for cash.
