I applied for the card and received it without a problem. I went the bank to make a cash advance and received it without a problem, paying an exuberant cash advance fee. It was an emergency situation so I said nothing. When I received my statement there was another high cash advance fee. Then they added interest to that. I paid two cash advance fees plus interest--W-R-O-N-G. I talked with customer service and they just passed it off implying that they operate that way. I have not used the card since. I do not recommend this card to anyone.
