Orhard Bank was the first to give me a card after my bankruptcy... After 6 months they declined my increase... However I just applied for this card and got approved w/ the $500..

Congrats Yoyo! Just make sure you take care of your account so you can move onto bigger ones just like us. It's a matter of patience and timing! Good luck!
If you really want a card that gives you good increases, then go with Capital One. You can't go wrong with them.
