I have Citi upromise card and I lost it soo I called them and reported lost... But they never sent me out new card... I called them few times they kept telling me they sent out new card... Then I waited and called again and asked them if they did really sent out new card they said no... So the rep put a requst in to get me a new card... And haven't heard from them since... Has anyone else had this problem..

I have had this card for approx 19 years and I never had a problem with Citibank. The rewards program on this card is great.
I never lost my card though and I never had much contact with customer service other then to activate new cards over the years, so I don't know what to tell you about that.

My mother had this card for 20 years not including other brother and sister
I have a Citibank Mc 1 year Im sorry but we never had a problem at all Citibank works with you,

Good...bank on 2008-01-17
I got called from Citi bank... About my upromise card... And I was told that they closed my account and gave me there signature card... Which is American Express... And that is why they didn't sent me out new card... So sorry Citi bout what I wrote..
