I have had a GM Card for the past two years. Always carried a balance but always paid on time. My interest rate started creeping up from my original 8.99% and this month when I opened my statement was SHOCKED to note my APR in NOW 30% ----with no explanation---I'm moving to greener pastures--to HECK with you GM. I live in NY state I thought there was a law to protect me from this type of business practice. "Eliot" might want to tackle you before he becomes Governor!
