phil's review:
I applied for this cc based on the matching tool which gave me plenty of room to be approved, I was not, that's ok, but I called them anyway just to find out why. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unpleasant when I asked her about the denial.
Feels like that if you get denied your call is not important to them and you mean nothing.
Citi was a card that I wanted to get (you know "CITIBANK") but my little Orchard Bank gives me a much better Customer Service.

Applied for the card to take advantage of the AA miles bonus at startup and during the first 2 years of membership bonus. Have a FICO score range of 740-760 and was given a Credit Limit of $4000.
I think when applying to cards, they can be fickle and their approval methods change so we the consumer don't catch on. That's my theory.
