My score is well over the requirement but I just brought a house and they told me that I had to many inquires but yet all my credit cards are paid in full.

Try them again in a few months. I was told the same thing, denied, denied, denied, approved!

You might luck out like I did, I applied online got declined then a month later I got a pre approval in the mail, then filled out the info ect... And got approved.
