Equifax credit bad history, 3 collections over 6 years (paid all), many over 90 (paid all 6+ mos. Ago) (except one in dispute). Debt to income high ratio. 582-590 FICO. Online application stated up to 30 days to process. Approved and card came in about 2 weeks. High fees, $250 limit, but good to get to rebuild credit.
