It's OK

I don't like the fact that it has a ridiculous apr which is why a want to keep a very low balance on it if not any balance at all. I just got it a couple of months ago and it is my lowest CL card. I plan to use it sparingly and use it to utilization low for the time being.

If this is the Credit one card, then yes it us good for rebuilding credit. I have had the card since Feb, and it has not failed me yet.
