This is an excellent card if you want to build or re-build your credit and are willing and able to pay your bill on time. 24 hour account access, online bill pay, and email reminders that your bill is due make this the best card I have been able to find (and I have done quite a bit of looking). When you start your application you are pre-approved for your credit card offer. So, the chances of being denied are as slim as they come. The fees are reasonable, unlike the numerous credit card companies who prey on people with "less than perfect credit". This is NOT a card where you pay 250 dollars in fees for 50 dollars in credit. Your deposit is your credit limit. I recommend this card to anyone who does not want to worry after filling out an application for a credit card that they missed the "fine" print that so many other cards are infamous for.

Yes, these are very good cards for rebuilding credit. I personally hold a Bank of America secured card which works well. I will be closing some of my accounts, My credit rating is starting to get better. But the secured cards are a great start.
