trepis's review: Callout Comment So I noticed on the Indigo website that my credit available is 0. So I call to get to the bottom of it to find out that their fraud department deemed my last transactions as "suspicious" and because of covid they're not accepting phone Calls and they'd email the fraud department telling them it was me who authorized the transactions. The person I spoke to told me to give them a call back in a few days because by then they'll have gotten an email back. Okay no problem so I do just that and was told to "fax them a copy of my ID card" (or mail it to them) as that was the only way to unblock my card. Okay thanks for nothing I'm not doing all that every freaking time they deem a transaction suspicious.

Remarks In reading around various Forums it seems this card is challenge. Cannot remember the details but you might want to research.
