tara's review: I applied for this card from a spam ad in my email account. I did it for the same promise of bettering my credit, when in fact it absolutely does not. When I called to activate it I asked a lot of questions to make sure this was ligit. The customer service representative I had answered most of my questions in between constantly putting me on hold until finally he asked me to hold and we got disconnected. A couple days later I received a billing statement in the mail saying I owe $247.00 and never even used the card. (Keep in mind I never agreed to activate the card and cut it up the same day I got it.) When I try to call customer service it tells me to call another number. When I call THAT number I still can't get a real person on the line.
