This card came with $200 bonus for $3000.00 spent first 3 months. CL $16,200 @13.4%. FICO 728, I think they pulled Experian. No balance transfer fee, no foreign transaction fee. 1.5% cash back on any purchase and never expire.

Nice catch! Navy is known for being consumer oriented and offering good competitive products. Your CL is high with a reasonable Apr. Not my to dislike.
