I have a Chase Slate card and the customer service department has been amazing. I never got one bill so I did not make the payment. I called and explained the issue and they believed me and took the late fee off the balance. My interest rate never went up either.

This was a good customer experience for you. I had similar experiences with them, they will work with their customers if there's a real issue.
