I don't understand it. They have never sent me anything in the mail and finally I get one. And yeah it said up to 30k. But when I put ally my info in I was denied. Whatever, I have enough anyway. Citibank came in the mail today for me and hubby:) YES!!

Pre Approval Is Not Actual Approval

Pre-approval just means that you have fit a simple criteria of who they think meet the criteria. All cards do this so it's unfair to neg rep them over it.
