Rates are very comparable. Only issue I have had is once when requesting a change of due date, the request would not be considered because I did not have the 3 digit security codes on the back of the card. I answered all security questions at the beginning of the call, they would talk to be about my payments and outstanding balance but would not do any maintenance on the account without the security code. Something as simple as change a due date would not be discussed because of the lack of having the code with me at the time of the conversation. I was not behind on payments, I am a good customer, no issues on my behalf only wanted a change of due date to more appropriately correspond to when I get paid. No flexibility. I guess that is good?

Makes no sense. Why not stop in to a State Farm Agent and ask them to assist you. Not aware of any credit cards issued without security codes.
