I've had the card for a little over 3 years and surprisingly have gone from $5,000 to $13,500 credit limit. Credit limit increases given every 6 months for last year and a half since my credit has improved tremendously. Rewards are average, redeem for movie tickets to dining cards. The new online account is kind of funky, have to go through so many security checks before logging in. Overall definitely a card I hope to keep in my wallet indefinitely.

Is this still HSBC ? I heard all of the HSBC accounts were sold off to Capital One.
